CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide every client with the highest level of service, please review the following policies before booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-Show Policy If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not provide notice, it will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Permanent Makeup Permanent Makeup appointments require a non-refundable retainer to reserve your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your retainer will be forfeited, and a new retainer will be required to book another appointment. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and are subject to the applicable cancellation fee. Appointment Availability If you don’t see a time that works for you, feel free to text me at 863-623-8673. When available, I may be able to accommodate appointments outside of my regular booking hours. Thank you for respecting these policies.
