CANCELLATION POLICY
At BBrowStudio, both your time and mine are valuable. To ensure each client receives the best possible service, please review the policies below: Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Changes made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 40% fee. Permanent Makeup If you’ve placed a retainer for a Permanent Makeup service and do not provide at least 24 hours notice, your retainer will be forfeited. A new retainer will be required to rebook. Grace Period I understand that life happens! A 10-minute grace period is offered, but arrivals beyond that may result in cancellation and the applicable fee. Appointment Availability If you require an appointment outside of regular business hours or do not see a suitable time listed, please contact me via text at 863-623-8673. After-hours appointments may be available upon request. These policies help ensure fairness and the highest level of service for all clients, including you.
